Insert New Light Make Active
Inserts a new light to illuminate the current view and makes it active.

New Light Position
Use this to insert up to eight light boxes in your projects. Each light may have a different intensity, color, cone and focus.
Plan3D will not let you insert more than one light in the same position. So you'll need to adjust your view with View>Adjust View before you can add a secondary light.
When you choose "Insert New Light and Make Active" the new light is inserted so it illuminates the scene in front of you.
To find this new light:
Choose View>Show All from the View menu.
Zoom out to see it.
