Choose New... from the File menu to start a new document. You will get the window below and be asked to save your current work before the new project is started.
Blank
Opens an empty document to design in.
Draw walls, add doors, windows, interior walls, roofs, furniture, cabinets and landscaping to complete your design.
Room Wizard
Enter room dimensions and
start designing. More
Wizard won't open? Most likely you have a pop-up blocker stopping
it. Hold in Ctrl and click the menu item to get around this in most cases.

Enter building dimensions, number of floors and type of roof to create your building structure in a few seconds. More
