Tips and Ideas...
Choose this from the Help menu to open the Tips and Ideas window. This contains short descriptions of many of the important features in plan3D.
It's meant as a quick learning guide for beginners.
Hide Tips Window
Click the checkbox that says "Do not how this window at startup" so it doesn't open automatically when plan3D opens. It may also be disabled in Edit menu> Preferences> General.
