Snap To
When Snap To is enabled, any objects that have snap to capability will snap to other objects when placed within 20 centimeters (8 inches) of them.
For example, when moving a wall cabinet on a wall next to another wall cabinet, they will snap to each other - so you don't have align them manually.
When Edit> Snap To is unchecked, objects won't snap to each other.
Shift Key Disable
Sometimes snap to needs to be disabled. Hold down shift when dragging objects to temporarily disable snap to.
