Show All, Show Last Hidden
Shows everything that's been hidden or only the last object hidden.
To hide a single object, right-click it and choose "Hide." Also see View> Hide for ways of hiding entire groups of objects - like all roofs, all walls, and so on.

Show All
Un-hides all hidden walls, furniture and other objects - no matter how they were hidden.

Show Last Hidden
This command is used when you don't want to show all the objects that are hidden - only the last few.
Show Last Hidden un-hides the last object hidden. If you choose it again it will un-hide the object that was hidden before that, etc.
