Open your plan in plan3D to do walk-throughs and fly-throughs . This allows you to see how your plan will look when it's finished. In addition, you can modify any part of the plan in plan3D. Paint walls, add furniture or carpet, tile floors, add cabinets, delete walls, etc. This helps you prevent mistakes you might regret.

To get a free estimate attach your floor plans to an email and send them to: customerService@plan3D.com

We do any kind of home, office, retail stores, and restaurants. We also do basements, kitchens, and other rooms. No project is too large or too small. Send us files of your floor plans or sketches in any file format, like PDF or JPG.

Look over estimates for the Basic Plan and Optional Items. Choose just the Basic Plan or both. What you get with each:

1. BASIC PLAN  
This estimate is for the basic structure which includes interior and exterior walls, doors, windows, roofs, ceilings, and floors. Everything except Optional Items.

2. OPTIONAL ITEMS  
This includes cabinets, cupboards, vanities, countertops, sinks, faucets, toilets, tubs, showers, dishwashers, refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers, and hot water heaters. We make this optional as many people choose to add these themselves.

Let us know if you want just the Basic Plan or both the Basic Plan and the Optional Items. We'll send you an invoice you can pay online.

When we complete the work we'll email you the plan3D file on or before the promised delivery date.

We fix mistakes for no cost.

Keep in mind, you are free to make any changes to your plans using plan3D. Our support people will help you. If you want us to make changes or additions to your plans for you we will provide an estimate.

View Your Plan in Lifelike 3D - Use Plan3D to walk-through your plan and view interiors and exterior from any angle. Spotting one or two problems before work begins may save you hundreds or thousands of dollars - and time.

Change Any Part of Your Plan - For example, use Plan3D to widen rooms, delete, move or resize doors and windows, landscape the yard, add dormers to roofs, add a garage or addition, add paint, carpet, tile, curtains, furniture,and so on...

Paint, Carpet, and Tile, Your Plan- To make it easier for you, the plans come with off-white paint colors and default textured surfaces so it's easier for you to paint walls, add flooring, and so on. We don't do interior design or include sofas, chairs, or other furniture, except as described under Optional Items above.

Drop-in Furniture, Pools, and More into Your Plan - Choose from thousands of 3D objects included in the plan3D library. Drag-in your choice of furniture, cabinets, mirrors, wall paintings, plants, retainer walls, pools, patio furniture, barbeques, as well as any surface textures, paint, wood, metal, and fabrics.

Share Your Plan With Others - Print your floor plans or 3D views for contractors, interior designers, architects, government permits, family and friends. They can even open your plan in our free 3D viewer and see it like you do on their computer!
